Exhibitors' Membership status & classifications
Space "W": Space "W" is designated as a vehicle only display space. Each requesting exhibitor can rent up to 2 spaces. Each space size is 3m/opening x 6m/depth. Permitted one each vehicle in each space.Space "Y": Space “Y”, standard booth space without *basic booth fixture, is designed for products display. Each exhibitor can rent from 6 to 30 spaces.
Space "X": Space “X” is a combination of 3m x 1.8m space with basic booth fixture and the vehicle display space of 3m × 7.2m. The basic booth fixture includes the wall unit, exhibitor's nameplate, one fluorescent ligte and one 500w/100v power outlet. Each requesting exhibitor can rent up to 3 spaces.
Space "Z": Space “Z” is designated as a vehicle only display space. Each exhibitor can rent up to 2 spaces. Electricity outlet is equipped which can be used only to demonstrate the exhibitor’s own product(s). Each requesting exhibitor can rent the space 50㎡ to 1,000㎡ by the multiples of 50㎡.

Exhibit space locations
The location of space W, X & Y will be assigned by Show Management.The locations of Z space will be determined at an exhibit space drawing. The space drawing will be conducted on October 6th, 2008. Depending on the amount of space reservations, Show Management reserves the right to redesign open space into a new layout. Show management will not accept any further applications once spaces are sold out.

SUMMARY OF EXHIBIT SPACE & RENTAL RULES
Booth Specifications and Limitations
■ Space “W” (Vehicle display only) An exhibitor can rent up to 2 spaces
Space "W" is designated for vehicle only display. Items such as parts, accessories, decorations, monitors and/or sound systems cannot be displayed. Raised floors and/or the use of lifts are strictly prohibited.
Space Size: 3 meters of opening x 6 meters of depth per space.
Only show management's designated vehicle spec-boards, carpets, Individual lights, reception counter tables, stools and catalog-stands (rental w/fee available) are permitted for display along with a vehicle. Show management will determine display locations.
(Display spaces are to be used exclusively for showing vehicles and are not assured to be next to exhibitor's other booth spaces.)
<Remarks>
Exhibitors are not allowed to modify or decorate “W” spaces (examples include but not limited to sound systems, car audio, lights, flags, signs, banners, reception tables and balloons). The only materials allowed are what show management provides.

<Space Rental Fee>
150,000 yen per space. ※Special rate for the new show! 5% of sales tax added.
<Benefits>
Exhibitor will receive 5 event posters and 10 general admission tikets per space.
■ Space “Y” ：Mid sized booth space. Exhibitor can rent minimum of 6 spaces to the maximum of 30 space units. Forms island booth when exhibitor rents 8 or more spaces. The space ”Y” is not equipped with any booth fixtures.
Space Size:3 meters opening x 3 meters depth. Maximum height for any sign, display, or decoration is 3.6 meters. 2 story booth construction prohibited.
<Space Rental Fee>
200,000 yen per space. 5% of sales tax added.

<Benefits>
Exhibitor will receive 5 event posters, 20 fliers, 10 general admission tickets (good for Saturday or Sunday only) and 10 special admission tickets (good for any one day including Friday) per booth unit.
■ Space “X” ：The combination of 3m x 1.8m space with basic booth fixture and the vehicle display space of 3m×7.2m. The basic booth fixtures includes the wall unit, exhibitor's name plate, one fluorescent light and one 500W / 100V power outlet.
<Space Rental Fee>
380,000 yen per space. 5% of sales tax added.

<Benefits>
Exhibitor will receive 5 event posters and 10 general admission tickets per booth unit.
■ Space “Z” ：Big space with higher limit of the construction of 6m, standard booth space without basic fixture is designed for products display.
Island booth (not adjacent to the next booth). Each requesting exhibitor can rent the space 50㎡ to 1,000㎡ by the multiples of 50㎡.
