Meet at the Yaesu South Exit of Tokyo Station.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the meeting time.
Walk to Kajibashi Parking Lot near Tokyo Station and board the bus.

- A staff member holding a sticker will handle check-in.
Check-in begins 10 minutes before the meeting time.
Items Included in the Tour Price
Chartered bus fee, lunch, Tokyo Auto Salon 2026 admission on Jan 9 (VIP ticket), tour conductor fee (English guide-interpreter), interpreter fee inside Makuhari Messe, in-event guide service, highway tolls, parking fees, and all related taxes and service charges.
