<How to apply for exhibit>
1) Application Form
Please download the
application formand print it, complete it with the signature
and submit by FAX[(81)-3-3368-0577].
ALSO, mail it to the address below.
*Please keep a copy of application form for your reference.
2) Application acceptance is based on the "first
come first serve" basis for the space A, B, & E after
prioritized the applicants by the dates of arrival of applications.
Show management will assign the booth locations.
The method of determining exhibit space locations for space
C & D shall be a drawing established by show management
and priority privileges for space assignment drawing is based
on the "first come first serve" basis.
3) Exhibitors briefing and space assignment
drawing will be held in October.
4) Acceptance of applications shall be notified
by mailing of billing invoice to your attention
<Dates of accepting applications>
Applications shall be accepted from July 25, 2003 and while
the spaces available.
The final deadline is August 29th, but we never met this date
before sold out, so hurry!

< Payment for the exhibition fees>
Exhibition fee must be received by Show Management before November
28, 2003. The fee must be wire transferred to one of three banks
listed below.

<Cancellations and refunds>
Cancellation rule will be strictly observed. After an acceptance
notification / billing invoice is sent out, show Management
shall retain 50 % of entire exhibition fee of each space canceled.
After the exhibitors briefing and space assignment drawing,
Show Management shall retain 100% of entire exhibition fee of
each space canceled.
Important Notice.(Use
of proper application form)
All the applicants must use proper application form prepared
by Show Management. Any applications sent by improper form may
result in losing priority privileges.

Special Note
Refusal of exhibition applications
Applications for exhibition shall be subject to the approval
of show management. The show management reserves right to reject
applications for exhibition at any time for the following reasons.
1. Delinquency of the exhibition fee payment.
2. By TASA’s sole discretion, any display item
or exhibiting company are regarded as not suitable for the objectives
of the show.
3. For any other reasons, at any time, Show
Management reserves all rights to exercise its own discretion
to reject an exhibitor from rental of space, if an exhibitor
is found not to be appropriately suitable for the objectives
of the show.
Any exhibitor who cancelled the booth rental agreement after
the deadline dates described in preceding page, or delinquent
in payment, may result in losing the eligibility of application
for exhibition for following years.
Asking your favor for contributions
Show Management is asking for your donations that will be given
to selected attendees who answered a survey conducted during
the show days. The survey is designed to promote and benefit
our industry. It would be very appreciated if you donate your
products for giveaways for selected attendees at the show. Your
donation will call more attendees to your booth. Please see
the benefits below.
*No free giveaway goods, please.

1.Your donated products and company info will
be posted on a billboard installed at the show's main stage.
2.Your donated product photos and company info
will be promoted on Tokyo Auto Salon official web site and official
guidebook.
