Exhibitors' Membership status & classifications
Member : A company that has exhibited twice or more for
the last 21 Tokyo Auto Salon events.
Space "A": Spaces " A"
with *basic booth fixture is designated and permitted for sales
of automotive related products including accessories, apparel
and games. Each exhibitor can rent up to 5 spaces.
Space "B": Space "B" is
designated as a vehicle only display space. Each exhibitor can
rent up to 2 spaces.
Space "C": Space “C”, standard booth
space with *basic booth fixture, is designed for products display
and each exhibitor can rent up to 5 spaces.
Space "D": Space “D”, standard booth
space without *basic fixture, is designed for products display
and exhibitors renting at least 6 booth spaces and up to 21
spaces. Island booth (not adjacent to the next booth).
Space "E": Space “E” is a combination
of one space with *basic booth fixture and vehicle only display
space(like Space B). An aisle in between. Each exhibitor can
rent up to 3 spaces.
Space "S": Space “S”, big space with
higher limit of the construction of 6m, standard booth space
without *basic fixture is designed for products display. Island
booth (not adjacent to the next booth).
*Basic booth fixture
Each standard booth space, size of 3m x 3m, is equipped with
basic booth fixture of wall unit, exhibitor’ss name plate, one
fluorescent light and one 500w/100v power outlet. Included in
Space A, C and E)
Exhibit space regulations and specifications
Space "A": Only 50 spaces available.
(One exhibitor can rent up to 5 adjacent spaces). Each space
size is 3m/opening x 2m/depth x 2.7m/height. The space is designed
and permitted for display and sales of automotive related goods,
accessories and promotional items. Each booth space is equipped
with basic booth fixtures. Exhibitor can rent multiple booth
spaces only in the same row and it must be adjacent to each
other.
Space "B": Each requesting exhibitor
can rent up to 2 spaces adjacent to each other. Each space size
is 3m/opening x 6m/depth. Permitted one each vehicle in each
space.
Space "C": Each requesting exhibitor
can rent up to 5 adjacent spaces in one row or layout into two
rows. Each booth space size is 3m/opening x 3m/depth x 2.7m/height.
Each booth space is equipped with basic booth fixtures.
Space "D": Mid sized island booth.
Each requesting exhibitor can rent minimum of 6 spaces and up
to 21 adjacent spaces in two to three rows. Each booth space
size is 3m/opening x 3m/depth x 3.6m/height. The booth space
is not equipped with any fixtures.(No basic booth fixture.)
Booth configuration is decided by show management.
Space "E": The combination of 3m
x 3m space with basic booth fixture and the vehicle display
space. Only 32 spaces available. Each requesting exhibitor can
rent up to 3 spaces. There would be an aisle between two spaces.
Space "S": Big island booth. The
booth spaces are not equipped with any fixtures. Height limit
is 6m. Booth configuration is decided by show management.

Exhibit space locations
The location of space A, B, E & S
will be assigned by Show Management.
The locations of C and D spaces
will be determined at an exhibit space drawing. The space drawing
will be conducted in mid-October 2003. Depending on the amount
of space reservations, Show Management reserves the right to
redesign open space into a new layout. Show management will
not accept any further applications once spaces are sold out.

■ Space “A” (Products Sales
Space)
only 50 spaces available. / Each exhibitor can rent up to 5
adjacent spaces
Space "A" is designated and permitted for display
and sales of automotive related goods, accessories and promotional
items. The space is not allowed for any other purpose than the
sales of permitted products.
Space size: 3m/opening x 2m/depth. Height limit
of 2.7 meters for any sign, display or decoration.
Each space is equipped with basic booth
fixtures.
*If an exhibitor rents more than one unit, there will be no
wall between units. However, for the purpose of structural integrity,
base boards and structural posts will be built.

<Space Rental Fee>
Member: 230,000 yen per space.
Non-member: 280,000 yen per space.
<Benefits>
Exhibitor will receive 5 event posters and 10 general admission
tickets per booth unit.
■ Space “B” (Vehicle
display only) An exhibitor can rent up to 2 spaces
Space "B" is designated for vehicle only display.
Items such as parts, accessories, decorations, monitors and/or
sound systems cannot be displayed. Raised floors and/or the
use of lifts are strictly prohibited.
Space Size: 3 meters of opening x 6 meters of depth per space.
Only show management's designated vehicle spec-boards, carpets,
Individual lights, reception counter tables, stools and catalog-stands
(rental w/fee available) are permitted for display along with
a vehicle. Show management will determine display locations.
(Display spaces are to be used exclusively for showing vehicles
and are not assured to be next to booth spaces.)
<Remarks>
Exhibitors are not allowed to modify or decorate “B” spaces
(examples include but not limited to sound systems, car audio,
lights, flags, signs, banners, reception tables and balloons).
The only materials allowed are what show management provides.

<Space Rental Fee>
Member: 150,000 yen per vehicle space.
Non-member: 170,000 yen per vehicle space.

Exhibitor will receive 5 event posters and 10 general admission
tickets per space.

Space “C” (General products display space.) An exhibitor
can rent up to 5 spaces. The space “C” is equipped w/ basic
booth fixtures.
Space Size:3 meters opening x 3 meters depth.
Height limit of 2.7 meters for any sign, display or decoration.
*Basic booth fixtures are provided.
*If an exhibitor rents more than one unit, there will be no
wall between units. However, base boards and structural posts
will be included.

<Space Rental Fee>

basic booth fixture and the vehicle display space. There would
be an aisle between those two spaces. The booth space is equipped
with basic booth fixtures of space “C”. Only 32 spaces available.
Each requesting exhibitor can rent up to 3 spaces. Show management
will determine booth location.

<Space Rental Fee>
Member: 380,000 yen per space “E”.
Non-member: 480,000 yen per space “E”.

Space “S” ：Big island space (300㎡ to 1,000㎡of pre-located
spaces)
4(four) different sizes of various shapes, 19 spaces in total
available.
